startとbeginの違い

•  start:日常的・カジュアル・具体的
• begin:ややフォーマル・文章向き・抽象的

意味はほぼ同じだが、使われる場面が少し違う

start の特徴（よく使う・口語的）

start は会話で一番よく使われる。

「動き出す」「作業に入る」など、実際の行動を伴う場面が得意。

• Let's start the meeting.
• I started working at 9 a.m.
• The machine won’t start.

機械・仕事・車・作業など、「スイッチが入る」感じ

begin の特徴（少しフォーマル・文章向き）

スピーチ、文章、アナウンスなどでよく使われます。

「何かの流れが始まる」という、少し抽象的な響きがあります。

• The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m.
• Let me begin by introducing myself.
• The story begins with a mystery.

式・話・物語・説明「これから始まります」という宣言感
